Basic Bodice

This class is perfect for those who want to take their dressmaking to another level.

It is recommended that you have some experience working with commercial patterns, so it is easier for you to understand patternmaking instructions.

What you will learn:

• taking measurements

• using patternmaking tools

• drafting a bodice block from scratch

• making fitting adjustments

• manipulating darts

• using various techniques to achieve your unique design

Not only will you walk out with a bodice pattern and a muslin made to your own measurements, you will also have the skills to make any design you can dream of!
