Welcome to Goldyn Studio

I'm Karolina Goldyn, and I'm thrilled to share my passion for sewing with you.

Meet Me

I've been sewing for 16 years, starting as a teenager. My love for sewing began with coats—I still remember my first attempt at making a Cruella de Vil coat. It didn’t turn out great because I didn’t have much experience back then, but I've come a long way since. Now, making high-quality coats is one of my specialties.

Over the years, I've taken various courses to expand my skills, including: Pattern Drafting, Leatherwork, Outerwear, Hand Embroidery, Draping, Bras, Underwear, Sergers, Knits, Leggings.

Currently, I'm training under master tailor Allan David Bespoke, learning the art of bespoke tailoring.

My Mission

At Goldyn Studio, my goal is to inspire and teach anyone who wants to learn how to sew. Whether you're just starting out or looking to improve your skills, I'm here to help. I believe sewing is a powerful and fun way to express creativity, and I love creating a community where we can all learn and grow together.

Giving Back

Since starting Goldyn Studio, I've had the privilege of working with amazing students and partnering with charity organizations like the Center for Newcomers and Canadian Artists Against Poverty. Through these collaborations, I help people in need and offer an escape from their busy lives. It's incredibly rewarding to use my passion for sewing to make a positive impact in the community.

I've also had the opportunity to collaborate with Painted Fish Theatre Company, creating costumes for the cast of Beauty and the Beast. This project was a fantastic experience that allowed me to bring the magic of theater to life through my sewing.
